The Multi-Panel-Micro is a multiple profile insert raised panel cutter system. This tool utilizes Vexor’s compression gibb system . The Multi-Panel-Micro uses a 45mm insert as a starting size to cover most profiles. However, if a larger reveal is required, we can put your profile into a longer insert, up to 70mm in length. This takes the Multi-Panel-Micro from 5.5” in diameter to about 7.687” diameter (depending on the profile). 

Also included is a 2.25”diameter rub bearing which every profile will be based off of for doing arches. This will be able to take care of most profiles from 1.5” to 2.7” total depth. Insert and backer cost are based off of what size blank we will start with. We also offer several different insert back out cutters for cabinet doors to work in conjunction with this tool.
