	Walter Orbach When Walter Orbach started Vexor in 1984, he saw the problem many woodworking companies were having trying to locate and maintain quality tools. He immediately set out to provide services to solve this problem, using the experience and knowledge he had gained from nearly 20 years in the tool manufacturing business. Read more.

	Carmen Orbach Carmen is also owner of Vexor, wife to Walter and mother of Chris, Justin and Sarah. Keeping us all in line is a full time job, but in her free time, Carmen is Office, Accounting and Payroll Manager.

	Chris Orbach Chris has been following in his father’s footsteps his whole life and now runs the show here at Vexor! He is manager to the shop employees and heads up our engineering department. Chris has been working on AutoCAD and Solid Works for many years and is a specialist in designing tools for even the most challenging job!

	Justin Orbach Justin heads up our Sales Department with his vast knowledge and expertise in the tooling needs of our customers. He also trains and oversees our salesmen to ensure that same quality of service is provided on the road!

	Sarah Orbach Sarah provides assistance to Carmen running the office. She handles invoicing, account receivables, collections and walk in customers. She also helps around the shop with various duties, sometimes purchasing or shipping and as well runs our laser engraving machine!

	Susan Orbach Susan has been with Vexor for over ten years. She is in charge of our Sharpening Department and runs our two Vollmer CX 100 Saw Sharpening machines. She has extensive knowledge of the sharpening process and the art of saw sharpening mastered!

	Talbert Kappius Tally is one of our youngest yet oldest employees. He runs our Hurco Milling machine and also our Norma 5 Axis CNC tool & cutter grinder. He is an expert at running these machines and most others in the shop. He is a dedicated employee and a permanent fixture here at Vexor!

	Michael Graves Michael is another one of our long standing employees. He is the go to guy for all of our specialty work. Special setups and complicated grinding jobs are his forte. He is also one of the best brazers there is! Mike has the machines down to a science and always provides a perfectly sharp cutting edge to your tools!

	Chris Grenemyer Chris started out on the profile knife grinder and quickly showed an interest in designing. He began learning from Chris O. how to work on AutoCAD and now SolidWorks. He has been assisting Chris O. now for over two years and has been a huge help to the engineering department at Vexor! He is also our EDM expert, having knowledge and know how on all of our wire EDM machines.

	Derrick Petty Derrick is our resident LATHE man. He runs our ROMI Lathe machine, creating custom router bit and cutter bodies, spacers, rub collars and more. Derrick also operates our CNC frame saw grinder and does all the tool balancing utilizing our Haimer balancing machine. And did we mention he is also a first class mechanic?!

	Dave Campbell Dave is our devoted delivery driver. He is diligently out on the road servicing our existing customers with weekly pick up’s and deliveries. He also works hard stirring up new business for the company! When he’s not on the road, Dave is in the shop keeping us in mental shape with his witty comments & come backs!

	Israel Fuentes Israel has been with Vexor for 10 years and has been working with Wally even longer. He now works nights here in the shop sharpening router bits on our tool & cutter grinders.

	Raul Fuentes Raul is brother to Israel and has also been with Vexor over ten years. He works nights as well, helping keep us caught up on our router bit sharpening!

	Katie Katie is a key player here at Vexor. She spends her days lounging on chairs and desks, ripping through her overflowing supply of dog toys, begging for treats and receiving lots of love and affection. It’s a hard day’s work!

	Ginger Ginger is head of Vexor’s highly trained security team. She keeps a watchful eye on what’s going on in the shop and ensures no one gets in or out without her approval. When she’s not guarding the door, she is following Katie’s lead in begging for treats and getting belly rubs!
