Everything we manufacture is designed using the latest 2D and 3D CAD software. The insert tool bodies are built entirely on CNC machinery. Our inserts are ground on a Swiss 5 axis CNC grinder. Every tool we make is balanced to an industry standard of 2.5G according to its weight and maximum operating RPM.
