Vexor will manufacture H.S.S. and carbide profile knives for all types of moulders and various other machine tools.
We can accommodate any machine including: Weinig, SCMI, Kentwood, Leadermac, Micron, Silver, SK, Wadkin, U.S.Concepts, Ultra, William & Hussey, Jet, Powermatic, and Shopfox.
All knives are made with high quality M2-M3 knife stock. Precision ground and balanced with your desired hook angle. We also grind both ends of the knives square which allows for a more precise setup in your cutter heads. They come with a CAD drawing of your finished moulding profile. All the setup information is provided as well such as in-feed/out-feed view, axial constant info, and more.
All profiles are designed by an engineer who has 10 years of experience of template making, moulder setup and operation in a real millwork manufacturing plant with experience in all aspects of millwork. Think of our plant as an extension of your own business (your own well qualified grinding room). We guarantee our profiles will match perfectly.
