Meet Our Staff.
Aside from being the owner of Vexor, Walter is also husband, brother, and father to half of our staff. He spends most of his time in the shop consulting with customers on their special needs or finding resolution to their issues. From time to time we even catch him in the shop doing what he does best – making tooling!
Carmen is also owner of Vexor, wife to Walter and mother of Chris, Justin and Sarah. Keeping us all in line is a full time job, but in her free time, Carmen is Office, Accounting and Payroll Manager.
Chris has been following in his father’s footsteps his whole life and now runs the show here at Vexor! He is manager to the shop employees and heads up our engineering department. Chris has been working on AutoCAD and Solid Works for many years and is a specialist in designing tools for even the most challenging job.
Justin heads up our Sales Department with his vast knowledge and expertise in the tooling needs of our customers. He also trains and oversees our salesmen to ensure that same quality of service is provided on the road!
Susan has been with Vexor for over ten years. She manages our Saw Sharpening Department and mastered the two saw grinders until recently making the move to office administrator.
Sarah provides assistance to Carmen running the office. She handles invoicing, account receivables, collections and walk in customers. She also helps around the shop with various duties, sometimes purchasing or shipping and as well runs our laser engraving machine.
Chris started out on the profile knife grinder and quickly showed an interest in designing. He began learning from Chris O. how to work in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. He has now been working in the engineering department and running the wire EDM machines for over 9 years.
Danny is our resident metal removal man. He runs all of our mill and lathe machines, creating custom router bit and cutter bodies, spacers, rub collars and more.
Israel has been with Vexor for 15 years and has been working with Wally even longer. He now works nights here in the shop sharpening router bits on our tool & cutter grinders.
Raul is brother to Israel and has also been with Vexor over 16 years. He Takes care of almost all of the tool and cutter grinding in the shop. He knows how to sharpen anything and everything!
Josh started out grinding slots into our carbide inserts. He has since taken on the planner knife grinder as well as profile grinding. He is also our part finishing man, handling the sand blaster and black oxide.
Cameron started slotting inserts but quickly learned many other areas of the shop and has settled on running our 5 axis CNC profile grinder NORMA. He is also now running our Haimer balancing machine and helping run the laser machine.
Luna is new to our Vexor family and taking over the road for Justin. He has quickly picked up the route and is making himself comfortable as the new sales and delivery man!
